Q: What is the shelf-life of the product?
A: The product leaves our warehouse with about 16-18 days of shelf life, and typically hits the store shelves with about 12-14 days. Our items are always made to order, the day before shipment, so you can be assured of the freshest product possible
Q: Can I freeze the products?
A: We receive, handle and ship all of our ingredients fresh, which means the products you buy from us have never been frozen. All of our products are clearly labeled with a “use or freeze by” date, which tells you how long you have before you should freeze them.
Q: What is MAP Packaging?
A: MAP stands for Modified Atmosphere Packaging. It is a revolutionary new technology which allows us to keep meats fresh for up to 3 weeks using precise combinations of naturally occurring gasses, such as Nitrogen and Oxygen.
Q: Where can I buy the Product?
A: Currently, our products are only available to Western United States retailers, but you can buy our products online through our web page and we will ship them via fed ex.
